Luminex beads and oligonucleotides

Postby Beadie » Nov 14 2008 2:26 am

Hi
I am using the Luminex beads array for oligonucleotides for the first time. Wonder if anyone has experience to share with me :-)
Is there a good software to design probes for this application?
The MFI I obtained from different probe-coupled bead sets ranged from 100 to 3000. Does anyone know how I could increase the MFI for those beads that are giving me low MFI?

Thank you all in advance for your help :-D

You mean something like this software? No experience in this.
