Hello,

I am looking for some users of the agilent dUTP enzymatic labeling that would be willing to share there protocols. I am wanting to compare ours and look for modifications that might help improve overall quality. Thanks.

my people follow the protocol as printed. no shortcuts.

the labeling kits are expensive, the protocols are optimized and it would be foolish to try to modify something that may cause failure.

Have you looked at alternative labeling kit for your workflow? There are other suppliers of label kit like from Oxford Gene Technology.
