Annealing temperatures were tested 45-70 degrees.
There were no additional random bands - so I don't think nonspecific binding is the case.
Why would there be more DNA in the 50 and 60 degree, and a sudden decrease in the 55 degree annealing temperature?

Is this reproducible? It could be pipetting error.
