non-denaturing elution of proteins from magnetic protein G b

Postby j1234t1234 » Apr 11 2017 11:50 am

I am performing a co-IP experiment using bio-rad protein G magnetic beads. I want to elute the co-IP proteins off the beads under non-denaturing conditions so I can run the alliance on a native gel. Any suggestions for an elution buffer that would work for this ?

normal elution conditions should suffice. elute with low pH buffer and neutralize with buffer in the collection tube.
